Journey
My creative Journey started in 1992 with a clunky Sony camcorder and lot of enthusiasm.
I’m Bea Cabrera, a filmmaker and graphic designer with a background in engineering and a lifelong obsession with storytelling. My work blends creative vision with technical precision, shaped by my love for big cities, pop culture, and the smell of freshly ground coffee.
It all started in 1992 with a clunky Sony camcorder and a lot of enthusiasm. By age seven, I was editing VHS tapes with two VCRs and a cassette player in my living room. That early passion led me to degrees in Telecommunications Engineering and Graphic Design in Spain, a formative chapter in Berlin’s creative scene, and eventually a Fulbright scholarship to pursue a Master’s in Filmmaking in Los Angeles.
From Valencia to Berlin to LA and back, my journey has always been about connecting people and shaping emotion through film and video. I’m drawn to film’s unique power to unite art and science in a truly STEAM way.

Earning a Fulbright Scholarship is both an honor and a profound responsibility. It represents a commitment to excellence, cultural exchange, and the pursuit of knowledge that transcends borders.
