On the occasion of World Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Day, commemorated every May 19, Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson is launching the campaign “Resilient. REIInventing Freedom”, in which a doctor and a patient engage in dialogue about a diagnosis that forces many people to reinvent their lives and face the new challenges it entails.
The campaign is endorsed by the Confederation of Associations of Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis Patients of Spain (ACCU España) and the Spanish Working Group on Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis (GETECCU). Filmed in Valencia’s old town, the initiative also featured the collaboration of artist Miguel Ángel Belinchón, better known as Belin, who created a work of art as part of the project, reflecting his vision of resilience and the idea of starting to live again after an IBD diagnosis, adapting to new circumstances and challenges.
